turkey meatballs with cranberry sauce

Baked Turkey Meatballs
1 lb ground turkey
1 white onion (diced finely)
1 small colored sweet pepper (diced)
2 Tbs oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1 cup finely blended oats

Mix thawed turkey with onion, sweet pepper, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix in egg and blended oats. Form into 12 meatballs and place on greased baking sheet. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 10-15 mins or until cooked through.

Cranberry Sauce
2/3 Cup orange juice
1 Cup cranberries
1/4 Cup sugar

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. When cranberries begin popping and sauce thickens it is finished.

Pour cranberry sauce over meatballs and serve with garlic mashed potatoes.
