I am not a great cook. So, I will add something easy, quick, and pretty darn good that I made last night ( shit I make it a lot of nights) when I am alone and in a hurry. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cooked Rice (I use white or brown in the cooker, but make it as you wish).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Dry seawood sheets (Get it for CHEAP at the asian grocery store. Mix in egg and blended oats.  Form into 12 meatballs and place on greased baking sheet.  Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 10-15 mins or until cooked through.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Cranberry Sauce&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;2/3 Cup orange juice&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup cranberries&lt;br /&gt;1/4 Cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. I must admit that I'm hooked on this stuff and cannot stop praising it.  Here are the benefits: It's a long grain rice so it looks pretty, it's more fragrant than traditional rice, it takes less water than traditional rice, and it cooks faster than regular white rice. The grains of Basmati rice are much longer than they are wide, and they grow even longer as they cook. (I use GoLean)&lt;br /&gt;Microwave some peanut butter so it is easy to mix. (about 30 sec)&lt;br /&gt;Add a good squirt of honey to the peanut butter and mix together.&lt;br /&gt;Pour peanut butter and honey mixture over granola.&lt;br /&gt;Enjoy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This makes a GREAT snack or dessert.
